| 内容記述 | 《目的》病院に所属する新人OTRの指導経験のある指導者OTRの視点から、新人教育の到達目標と新人指導に必要なスキルを明らかにする。 《方法》指導者OTRインタビューを行い、計量テキスト分析を用いて、新人OTRに求めるスキル、新人OTRの成長した点、指導者に必要なスキルについて分析を行った。対象者は指導経験のあるOTR 7名とした。 《結果》新人OTRに求めるスキルは「コミュニケーション」、指導者に必要なスキルでは「視点」「指導」が特徴的な語であった。新人OTRの成長した点で1年目は「治療」「行える」、2年目は「指導」、3年目は、「生活」「コミュニケーション」が特徴的な語であった。 《結論》指導者OTRは、新人OTRに対し、コミュニケーションスキルの向上を目指した指導が必要と考え、新人OTRには治療と患者を中心にした作業療法の提供ができること、2-3年目では1年目の指導に一部参加し、後輩育成に携わることで自己成長に繋がる指導を行っていた。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective（s）: This study aimed to determine the goals of newly registered occupational therapist （OTR） education and the skills required to educate new OTRs from the perspective of supervisor OTRs who have experience teaching new OTRs in a hospital setting. Methods: This study conducted interviews with mentor OTRs and used quantitative text analysis to analyze the skills sought by the new OTRs, the points at which the new OTRs had grown, and the skills required by the mentor OTRs. This study included seven OTRs with teaching experience. Results: “Communication” was the skill sought in new OTRs, and “perspective” and “guidance” were the characteristic words in the skills required by instructors. The most characteristic words were “treatment” and “being able to perform” in the first year, “teaching” in the second year, and “life” and “communication” in the third year, in terms of the new OTRs’ development. Conclusion: The supervising OTRs considered teaching the new OTRs necessary to improve their communication skills and provide treatment and patient-centered occupational therapy to the new OTRs. In the second and third years, they partially participate in the teaching of the first year and are involved in the training of the younger OTRs, resulting in their personal growth. |
