| 内容記述 | 対人援助職が利用者とのよい関係をつくるためには、コミュニケーション・スキルだけでなく、伝える技術としての演技力も必要であることを検証する。 感じる心を測るコミュニケーション・スキル尺度は老健用に作り変えた。伝える技術を測る演技力尺度は独自に開発した。 開発した2つの尺度を利用者からの働きかけを従属変数として分析をした結果、どちらも関連性が見られた。 援助関係は「感じる心」インプットと「伝える技術」アウトプットの両方が必要であり、このやりとりは一方向ではなく双方向で繰り返し行なわれることによって援助関係が成立する。 |

| 内容記述 | In order for person who provides interpersonal assistance to build good relationships with users, we will verify that not only communication skills but also acting skills as technique to convey are necessary. The Communication Skills Scale, which measures feelings to accept, has been redesigned for geriatric medical service facilities. The acting ability scale, which measures technique to convey, was originally developed. As a result of analyzing the two developed scales with the customer action as the dependent variable, both were found to be related. Interpersonal assistance require both " feelings to accept " which means input and " technique to convey " which means output, and the aid relation is established by repeating this exchange not in one direction but Repeat many times in both directions. |
