感じる心を測るコミュニケーション・スキル尺度は老健用に作り変えた。伝える技術を測る演技力尺度は独自に開発した。
開発した2つの尺度を利用者からの働きかけを従属変数として分析をした結果、どちらも関連性が見られた。
援助関係は「感じる心」インプットと「伝える技術」アウトプットの両方が必要であり、このやりとりは一方向ではなく双方向で繰り返し行なわれることによって援助関係が成立する。, In order for person who provides interpersonal assistance to build good relationships with users, we will verify that not only communication skills but also acting skills as technique to convey are necessary.
