| 内容記述 | 本研究は、女子中学生の仲間関係のプロフィールとストレス反応や学校ストレッサー、ソーシャルサポート(友人)との関連について検討し、彼女のストレス緩衝要因について示唆を得ることを目的とした。都内私立女子中学校4校において質問紙調査を実施し、1～3年までの1419名のデータを分析対象とした。分析の結果、仲間関係のなかで不安を感じているだけよりも、仲間への親密さ・同質性への欲求や、異質性への希求を併せ持っているほうが、学校生活でより多くのストレスを感じており、ストレス反応も押しなべて高くなっていることが示された。また、仲間関係の不安をあまり感じず、親密さを意識している者は、友人からのソーシャルサポート感が高くなる傾向にあることが見出された。女子中学生へのより適切な心理教育的援助サービスを考えるうえで、仲間関係における同調圧力や不安の軽減、温かく一体感のある仲間関係の醸成という視点が重要であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study was to examine the correlation between the feature of interpersonal relationship with friends and stress related variables such as stress responses, stressors, and social support in junior high school female students and to suggest their stress moderators. The subjects of this study are 1419 students from 1st to 3rd grades of 4 private girls' junior high schools in Tokyo. The results showsd that the students experienced much more stressors at the school life and stress responses were higher when they had both the desire for intimacy and homogeneousness with their friends and the desire for heterogeneousness with tham than when they only were in anxiety for their friendship. Also, the results showed that students who were not in anxiety for their friendship but had intimacy with their fiends tended to recognize social support from their friends. It is suggested that in designing much more appropriate psychoeducational service for junior high school female students, it is important to reduce pear pressure and anxiety for their friendship and to develop warmheartedness and a feeling of identification with their friends. | |||||
