| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は企業が開示する全ての情報に関する整合的な基本モデルを構築し、利潤極大均衡としての情報開示の最適水準を提示し、その最適均衡条件の特性を吟味することにある。本稿では、ディスクロージャーの対象としての企業会計情報は企業が自主的に開示する、あるいは法を遵守するために開示する、あらゆる企業情報の一部として位置づけられる。このような視点から、最適情報開示水準について、(1)投資家向け、(2)一般社会向け、(3)仕入先向け、(4)社内向け、に分類して、それぞれの最適水準の特性について論ずる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper provides a simple consistent model with information strategies including investor relations (IR) as well as public relations (PR). In this mode IR serves the minimization of capital costs while PR contributes to realize the optimum revenue. The conditions for profit-maximization are shown with respect to a heterogeneous piece of information but also outputs. We define disclosure as a strategy of managers who aim at profit-maximization by disclosing inside information. | |||||
