| 内容記述 | The traditional academic town of Freiburg i. Br. was elected the environmental capital of Germany. This paper analyses the five environmental policies of the city to keep the good dwelling environment. They are the policies of traffic, energy, air pollution, nature and house waste. Civil movement against the construction of atomic power station caused the strong consciousness to keep the comfortable dwelling circumstances by using natural and solar energy in place of fossil fuel and caused to create the solar-city and the capital of environment. The economic function of Freiburg i. Br. has been changing from the traditional academic and tourist town to environmental tourist town by increasing number of visitors to environmental institutions in the city and to model town districts as Vauban and Rieselfeld. | |||||
