| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is as follows; 1)To present Town Planning Education Program featuring Interview Practice (hereinafter called "the Program") as a proposed program to encourage the entry-level members of town planning projects progress to the mid-level leaders of the projects, build on what have been learned and achieved through the process of the study and development of Town Planning Education Program for Citizens that authors have worked on since 2004. 2) To study comprehensively the expected educational effect of the Program when it is put into practice, considering the superiority of interview practice (qualitative research) as a research technique and the significance of learning interview practice. This study reached a conclusion that if the Program is tried under appropriate operational system and circumstances, a fixed level of effect can be expected in encouraging the entry-level members progress to the mid- level leaders of the projects. | |||||
