 note = {The purpose of this study is as follows; 1)To present Town Planning Education Program featuring Interview Practice (hereinafter called "the Program") as a proposed program to encourage the entry-level members of town planning projects progress to the mid-level leaders of the projects, build on what have been learned and achieved through the process of the study and development of Town Planning Education Program for Citizens that authors have worked on since 2004. 2) To study comprehensively the expected educational effect of the Program when it is put into practice, considering the superiority of interview practice (qualitative research) as a research technique and the significance of learning interview practice.
