| 内容記述 | Documentations observed in childcare practices, while sufficing certain format requirements in terms of comments accompanying images, often lack records on children’s learning and activity processes. To look into this issue, this study conducted a questionnaire survey targeting the presently active childcare workers on visualization of childcare and the reality of documentation utilization. According to the survey result, 54.5% of the childcare workers utilized documentation. The originally intended value of documentation is in how it enables the three parties – “child”, “nursery and kindergarten teacher”, and “parents” – communicate with each other through documentation and respectively “learn” and “reflect” on their activities. However, to the question on “visualization of childcare and purpose of dissemination,” 47.3% of the respondents stated that their purpose is to report to the parents and to get their understanding, demonstrating how it has become a one-way communication tool. |
