To look into this issue, this study conducted a questionnaire survey targeting the presently active childcare workers on visualization of childcare and the reality of documentation utilization. According to the survey result, 54.5% of the childcare workers utilized documentation. The originally intended value of documentation is in how it enables the three parties – “child”, “nursery and kindergarten teacher”, and “parents” – communicate with each other through documentation and respectively “learn” and “reflect” on their activities. However, to the question on “visualization of childcare and purpose of dissemination,” 47.3% of the respondents stated that their purpose is to report to the parents and to get their understanding, demonstrating how it has become a one-way communication tool.}, pages = {13--23}, title = {保育の可視化とドキュメンテーションの活用実態及びその課題}, year = {2023} }
