| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，沖縄県の離島における児童の将来展望の内容を質的に検討することである。具体的には，離島に住む児童らが抱く将来展望の内容を把握し，そうした将来展望を抱くようになった背景（理由）について検討を行う。本研究では，児童がどのように将来を展望しているかを，より多面的に把握するため質問紙と半構造化面接で調査を実施した。調査はすべて，協力者一人ひとりに，個別で実施した。質問紙調査では古川・鈴木・内藤（1993）の方法を援用し，各年齢時にやりたいこと・やっているだろうと思うことを文章と絵で記述するよう教示した。次に，質問紙に記述された将来の展望内容や，そうした将来展望を抱くようになった理由について質問を行った。質問紙から得られたテキストデータおよび面接で得られた逐語録をもとに，テキストマイニングを行い，面接時の発話から抽出されたコードについて発達段階ごとに発語数を集計した。その結果，沖縄の離島に住む児童らが抱く将来の職業像はバラエティに富んでいることが示唆された。一方，青年期・前成人期には島を出る・出ない，島に戻る・戻らないの選択に迫られると未来予想を立て，「地元に帰省する」ということが自分のライフスタイルに大きな影響を与え得るということを感じたうえで将来を展望している可能性があることが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study qualitatively examines the content of future time perspectives of children in remote islands in Okinawa Prefecture. Concretely, the content of the future time perspectives held by children living in remote islands is grasped, and the background (reason) for holding such future time perspectives is examined. In this study, the survey was carried out by questionnaire and semi-structured interview to grasp how children view the future as more multifaceted. Based on the text data obtained from the questionnaire and the verbatim records obtained in the interview, the text mining was carried out, and the number of utterances of the code extracted from the utterance in the interview was totaled for each developmental stage. As the result, the results suggest that children living on remote islands in Okinawa have a wide variety of future occupations. On the other hand, in adolescence and pre-adulthood, when faced with the choice of leaving or not leaving the island and returning or not returning to the island, they made future predictions, indicating that they may look forward to the future with the feeling that returning to their hometown can have a great impact on their lifestyle. | |||||
