| 内容記述 | 《目的》コロナ禍において母性看護学領域では様々な方法を取り入れ教育実践をしてきた。本稿ではコロナ禍での実習の質保証のためのSWOT/クロス分析により導いた2021年からの教育実践および振り返りを報告する。 《方法》2020年度コロナ禍の1年間をふまえ、2021年度にSWOT/クロス分析を実施した。この分析結果に基づき、リスクを最小限にする実習方法を選択し、実習の質保証として実習に至るまでの母性看護学3科目の充実と各科目の継続性を強化する工夫を実施した。 《結果》分析から導いた実践により、短期間になった実習でも学びの質を保証できたと考える。また、コロナ禍以前からの教育実践の工夫は強みとなり質保証に効果的であった。 《結論》分析ツールを用いることで、現状を的確に捉え意思決定を可視化し共有できた。本実践は実習の質保証だけでなく母性看護学全ての科目の充実とその継続性を強化することにつながったと考える。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: In the age of COVID-19, we have put a variety of techniques into practice in the field of maternity nursing education. This study demonstrates and evaluates our educational program’s execution, which will begin in 2021, based on a SWOT analysis for maternity nursing practicum. Methods: We made the SWOT analysis in 2021 in consideration of the situation in the previous year 2020） of the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the analytical findings, we decided on a low-risk implementation strategy for the practicum and made an effort to improve three maternity nursing education courses offered before the nursing practicum by deepening their connections with one another to ensure the quality of the final practicum. Results: Our difficulty based on the SWOT analysis seemed to assure the quality of the practicum even though the practicum term was shortened. Since the COVID-19 epidemic, we have made numerous efforts to improve the student’s education, and these efforts have shown to be successful in ensuring the practicum’s quality. Conclusions: The use of the analytical tool made it possible to figure out the current situation and visualize and share the decision-making process. Our implementation in maternity nursing education is thought to not only guarantee the caliber of the final practicum but also to upgrade all of the maternity nursing subjects and improve the links between the disciplines. |
