| 内容記述 | 《目的》高齢者へのHOT導入の看護に関する文献についてレビューを行い、動向を整理し今後の研究課題を明らかにする。 《方法》医学中央雑誌web版Ver5で「在宅酸素療法」「導入」「看護」「高齢者」or「老年」をキーワードとして検索し78件が抽出された。抽出された文献のうち標題、抄録を精読し、12件を研究対象とした。 《結果》HOTを導入した患者の思いや日常生活を明らかにすることを目的とした研究が9件見られた。これらの研究では、主に半構造的面接法、質的帰納的分析が用いられていた。さらに研究の内容について分類すると、患者の思いや受容の状況など精神面について6件、療養体験について3件であった。 《結論》高齢者のHOT導入ではチェックリストの使用や、精神面を含めた定期的な介入が有効であることが示されている。高齢者へのHOTの看護の課題として高齢者の特徴を踏まえた看護の方法を検討することが課題であると考えられる。生活の実態やその思いを知ることで、HOT導入の看護の示唆を得ることや実践した看護の振り返りになっていた。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose：This study aimed to review the literature on nursing for the introduction of home oxygen therapy（HOT）in older individuals, organize related research interests, and identify issues to be addressed in future studies. Methods：Using the Ichushi Web database（version 5）, we searched for articles using the keywords “home oxygen therapy,” “introduction,” “older people,” and “the elderly” and retrieved 78 articles. Carefully reading the titles and abstracts of the articles, we extracted 12 articles for further analysis. Results：There were nine articles that aimed to understand and describe the feelings and daily life of patients to whom HOT had been introduced. These studies mainly used semi-structural interviews and qualitative inductive analysis. Six articles detailed the mental aspects of the patients, such as the feelings and conditions when the patients accepted the introduction of HOT, and three articles focused on the experience on medical treatments. Conclusions：Using checklists and providing interventions regularly, including those for mental aspects, are effective in introducing HOT to older individuals. As an issue of HOT in nursing for older individuals, the findings suggest the importance of examining and improving nursing methods based on the characteristics of older individuals. Understanding the actual living conditions of older individuals and their thoughts may lead to useful ideas for nursing during introduction of HOT and provide opportunities for reflection on the nursing practice. |
