| 内容記述 | 本研究は，「新米ママと赤ちゃんの会」プログラムの参加者の特徴とアウトカム変数の妥当性を評価することを目的とした。 プログラムの実施前後にアンケート調査を行った（31クール，n=175）。 その結果，参加者の特徴は，年齢の幅は広く，配偶者と子どもからなる核家族で地域に暮らし始めて間もない人たちであり，子どもに対する不安は低く，子どもへの肯定的な気持ちを抱き，夫婦関係満足度は高い人たちであった。ただし，参加者の中には，育児不安が高く虐待不安を抱く人や，子どもへの肯定的な気持ちを抱けない人や夫婦関係に不満を抱く人が含まれていた。これらのことから本プログラムはポピュレーション・アプローチ（ 1次的予防）で対象となる参加者が参加していると考えられる。次に，本プログラムのアウトカム変数に妥当性があることが一部で確認された。しかし，「育児不安の低減」と「パートナーとの関係を結び直す」の妥当性についてプログラムの利害関係者と検討し，記述内容のコンセンサスを得ていく必要性が示唆された。 今後は，アウトカム変数を適切に測定できる尺度を開発し，アウトカム変数の妥当性を高める研究が必要である。 |

| 内容記述 | This study assessed the validity of the outcome variables of the First-time Mothers and Babies Program (FMBP) and investigated the characteristics of participants. A questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the FMBP (31 courses) with first-time mothers who have two-to-three-month-old infants (n = 175). The study results revealed that participants in the FMBP were aged between their 20s and 40s; they were members of a nuclear family and relative newcomers in their community, with a few anxieties about child-rearing, high positive affection toward children, and high levels of marital satisfaction. However, some participants had extremely high anxiety about child-rearing and child-abuse, little positive affection toward children, and poor marital satisfaction. Furthermore, the outcome variables of the FMBP were only partially verified. However, anxieties related to child-rearing and child-abuse, and marital satisfaction and utterance length were not statistically significant. Future research is required to develop scales that can measure the outcome variables appropriately and increase their validity. |
