| 内容記述 | 《目的》臨地実習の前段階の遠隔実習において、健康障害をもつ子どもを理解する学習の一つとして疑似体験プログラムを実施した。そのプログラム概要の報告と今後の課題を検討する。 《方法》オンライン（双方向型）による疑似体験プログラムでは、肺炎事例を取り上げ、プログラムに先立つ授業においてその看護計画を展開した。学生はその患児へのケア場面についての動画を視聴し、看護過程に基づいて肺炎患児ケアの実践を行った。ケアの実践体験では、患児と家族の状態を日々変化させて、学生の患者に対する関わり方に応じて患児あるいは家族の様々な反応を教員が示した。学生は、実践と振り返りを繰り返すことによって、患児ケアに対する、より深い理解につなげた。 《結果》このオンライン（双方向型）による疑似体験と先行文献にある体験プログラムとの違いは、教員が患児及び家族の反応を行うこと、数日間にわたって疑似体験を行い、患児の病状変化を示して回復過程を体験することであった。オンライン（双方向型）による疑似体験プログラムは、学生のコミュニケーショントレーニングと失敗から学ぶ機会となることが考えられた。 《結論》今後は、講義、演習、実習を連動させた教育プログラムの開発及び教育効果の検証が課題となった。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: In the remote training prior to a filed training, a simulated experience program was implemented as one of the learning methods for understanding children with health disorders. We report the outline of the program and consider future issues. Method: The online simulation program featured a female pneumonia child, whose care plan had been made prior to the program. The students watched video depicting a nursing process of the patient a care scene for the patient, on the basis of which they practiced taking care of child patients with pneumonia on the basis of nursing process. In the simulation, the condition of the child and her family changed from day to day; the teacher showed the students various reactions of the child her family, depending on how much they were involved with the patient. The students gained a deeper understanding of care of child patients through repetitive practice and reflection. Result: There was a difference between this online program and those in the previous literature: the teacher responded to the patient and his/her family, performed the simulated experience for several days, showed the change in the patient's condition, and also experienced the recovery process. The online simulated experience program was considered as a communication training for students and an opportunity to learn from mistakes. Conclusion: In the near future, the development of educational programs linked to lectures, exercises, and practical training and the verification of educational effects would became major issues. |
