| 内容記述 | パーキンソン病（PD）の症状には運動症状に加え，疲労感や睡眠障害をきたす非運動症状（NMS）がある．PD患者では発症早期かつ症状が軽度であっても，手段的日常生活活動（IADL）の遂行能力が低下することが報告されている．PD患者のIADLへの支援の必要性は高いものの，国内においてNMSに配慮したIADLへの支援は限定的であり，NMSとIADLの遂行の影響を評価し介入した報告は見当たらない．本研究はNMSの中でも疲労感により日常生活に支障をきたすPD患者を対象に，疲労感が軽度の日と重度の日でIADLの遂行技能をAMPSで，また作業療法士と対象者の遂行技能に対する認識の相違をACQ-OPで客観的に評価した．その評価結果に基づきNMSに配慮した介入を実施した結果，IADLの遂行技能が向上した事例を報告する． | |||||

| 内容記述 | Parkinson’s disease (PD) symptoms include motor symptoms as well as non-motor symptoms (NMS) which cause fatigue and sleep disorders. While the need for support towards PD patients’ IADLs is high, support for IADLs which gives consideration to NMS is limited in Japan and no report that fully evaluates and intervenes NMS and its impact on the capacity to perform IADLs is found. Targeted at PD patients who experience difficulties in their daily lives due to fatigue among NMS. The difference of capacity to perform IADLs between when patients felt mild fatigue and severe fatigue and the difference of the recognition of such capacity to perform IADLs by occupational therapists and the patients were objectively evaluated by AMPS and ACQ-QP. This report shows that the capacity to perform IADLs was improved through implementing interventions in consideration of NMS based on the evaluation results. | |||||
