While the need for support towards PD patients’ IADLs is high, support for IADLs which gives consideration to NMS is limited in Japan and no report that fully evaluates and intervenes NMS and its impact on the capacity to perform IADLs is found. Targeted at PD patients who experience difficulties in their daily lives due to fatigue among NMS. The difference of capacity to perform IADLs between when patients felt mild fatigue and severe fatigue and the difference of the recognition of such capacity to perform IADLs by occupational therapists and the patients were objectively evaluated by AMPS and ACQ-QP.
