| 内容記述 | 《目的》研究目的は、健幸ブースに参加した地域住民を対象に、健康測定と質問紙調査を行い、参加者の健康状態について明らかにすることとする。 《方法》目白大学大学祭での健康測定コーナーに来場した地域住民を対象として血圧・骨密度・ストレス度・QOL26 の測定および質問紙調査を実施した。 《結果》対象は200名（回収率83.5％、有効回答率86.2％）であり、女性が多く（72.9%）、年齢は70代が最も多かった（25.0%）。健康に対する不安や疑問を解消するために必要だと思うものについては「医療の専門家による窓口相談」が最も多い回答であった。 《考察》健幸ブースの来場者は、健康について意識の高い集団だと推察される。このような集団にはポピュレーションアプローチを行い、更に健康を増進させていくような支援していく必要がある。地域住民のニーズに合わせ、健幸ブースを展開していくために、教員の専門的知識を活用した健康相談コーナーを設けたり、健康測定項目の内容を見直していく必要性が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: For the research purpose, we will conduct health measurements and questionnaire surveys for local residents who participated in the Kenko booth and clarify the health condition of the participants. Method: Measurement of blood pressure · bone density · stress level · QOL 26 and questionnaire survey were conducted for local residents who visited the Measurement Corner at Megu University College Festival. Results: There were 200 subjects (recovery rate 83.5%, effective response rate 86.2%), ladies were more (72.9%), age was the largest in their 70s (25.0%). "Counseling by medical professionals" was the most frequent response to what I think is necessary for resolving anxiety and doubts about health. Discussion: Visitors to the Kenkyu booth are presumed to be a highly conscious group of health. It is necessary to support population approaches to such groups and to further promote health. In order to develop the Kenko booth according to the needs of the local residents, it was suggested that it was necessary to establish a health consultation corner utilizing the professional knowledge of teachers and to review the contents of health measurement items. |
