| 内容記述 | 《目的》介護予防事業を終了した者を対象として身体機能面だけでなく、事業終了後の参加者の「活動」や「参加」、および事業内容の日常生活での活用状況について介護等認定の有無による影響に着目して検討を行った。 《方法》東京都A区の介護予防事業終了後1.5～ 2.0年経過した者を対象として、介護等認定の有無、基本チェックリスト、地域における参加状況、事業内容の活用に関する調査を行った。 《結果》分析対象者23名（平均年齢82歳）のうち、介護等認定者は8 名であった。介護等認定の有無による事業終了時と終了後の日常生活活動や事業内容の活用状況に差はなかった。参加の状況は介護等認定がない者のほうがある者に比べて参加している項目数が多かった。 《結論》介護予防事業を終了した者は、身体機能に応じた参加や介護予防事業内容の活用を行っていた。A区高齢者の活動や参加を促進するためには、個々の状態の変化に応じた適切な情報提供や支援が重要であると考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: The present study aimed to focus on not only the physical function but also the activities and participation of subjects who completed the class as well as the effect of the presence or absence of nursing care certification on the application of class contents in daily life. Methods: A survey was conducted on the applicability of nursing care certification, Kihon checklist, participation situation, and the contents of class for subjects who had passed the care prevention class in Tokyo A Ward 1.5–2.0 years ago. Results: No differences were noted in the activity of daily living and the application status of class contents at the time of termination and after termination due to the presence or absence of nursing care certification of 23 subjects (average age: 82 years, 8 nursing-care qualified persons). Participation was found to be more active among those who possessed without nursing care certification. Conclusion: Participants who completed the nursing care prevention class participated according to physical function and application of the content of nursing care prevention class. In order to promote the activities and participation of A ward elderly people, it was considered important to provide appropriate information and intervention according to the change in individual condition. |
