| 内容記述 | 自閉症児の困難に他者との双方的な関係性の形成が挙げられる。セラピーの中でセラピストが自閉症児と双方的な関係性を築いていくためには，セラピストのかかわり方を変化させていく必要がある。本研究では，セラピストがかかわり方を変化させていく際に自身の情緒を活用することが重要であることを，自閉症児Aとの事例の考察を通じて論じた。セラピストのA優先の受容的なかかわりには，Aの安心感や信頼感を育むだけでなく，Aから向けられる役割に巻き込まれる側面もあることが示された。セラピストは自身の情緒を頼りに，セラピー場面に私自身がいないということに気づき、見立てと方針を立て直し，かかわり方を変化させていった。そして，Aの求める役割に巻き込まれる中でセラピストの内に生じるネガティブな情緒は，Aがセラピーの外で体験する情緒である可能性が考えられた。セラピストが自らの情緒を用いて，自閉症児と関係性について理解を深め，かかわり方を変化させることで，双方的な関係性を築いていくことが可能であると考えられた。 ※守秘義務の観点から、著者本人の希望により本文の電子データは非公開としています。 |

| 内容記述 | One of the problems faced by an autistic child is difficulty in building mutual relationships with others. When a therapist attempts to build a mutual relationship with an autistic child, it is also necessary to constantly change the approach. This study examined the role of a therapist’s emotions when deciding to change the therapy approach. In this case study, play therapy was used with an autistic child. In the discussion, it was shown that the therapist has involved in the role that is being determined from the autistic children by receptor involvement. Therapist noticed that there are no myself in therapy scene, and changed the involvement, when relied on own emotions. The emotion exhibited by the therapist was considered as a clue to understand the emotions of autistic children. It has been suggested that an understanding of how therapists use their emotions can have an important bearing on the therapists’ decision to change the approach. | |||||
