| 内容記述 | 本研究では，大学生とその母親の食ライフスタイルと親子関係，母親自身が評価する養育態度および大学生の幸福感との関連性を明らかにすることを目的とした。母子双方からの回答が得られた中で，子どもが現在，家族と一緒に生活している223組を分析対象とした。まず「食行動と食意識」項目に対し因子分析をおこなったところ「健康的食事」「料理関心」「コンビニエンス」「家族と食事」「菓子と市販惣菜」の5 因子を抽出した。大学生と母親の各５因子間の関連性を相関係数を求めて検討した結果，同一の家庭内における母親と大学生は類似した食意識と食行動をとる傾向がみられた。次にこれら5 因子に基づきクラスタ分析を行ったところ，大学生と母親共に「理想的食ライフスタイル」「ソト食ライフスタイル」「食無関心ライフスタイル」が導かれたが， 大学生では「ウチ食ライフスタイル」母親では「食きまぐれライフスタイル」が導かれた。最後に多重コレスポンデンス分析を実施した結果，「大学生理想的食」「母親理想的食」「父親信頼」「母親信頼」「バランス養育態度」「幸福感最高」が近くに布置された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationships between two generations’ dietary lifestyles (university students and their mothers) and their parent-child relationships, childrearing attitudes and feelings of happiness. 223 pairs of university students and their mothers living together were analyzed. First, factor analysis was conducted on “eating behavior and food consciousness” items and we found five factors: “healthy diet” “cooking interest” “convenience” “family dinning” “confectionery and commercial prepared food.” A result of correlation analysis found that both mothers and children showed the similar tendency in eating consciousness and behaviors. Next, cluster analyses based on five factors resulted in four dietary lifestyles patterns: “ideal diet” “eating -out” “indifference to meals” (these dietary lifestyles patterns were common for two generations ) and“meals at home”pattern (only in children) and “capricious diet” pattern (only in mother). Then, the multiple correspondence analysis showed that “mothers’ and children’s ideal dietary lifestyles” “trust in fathers” “trust in mothers” “mother’s balanced child-rearing attitude” “the highest score for happiness” were found nearby each other. | |||||
