| 内容記述 | 筆者らは心理学を専攻する大学生をボランティアとして,小・中学校へ派遣するシステムを構築した。この「メンタルサポート・ボランティア活動」システムは,子どもたちの心理的支援のためのボランティア活動と,それを支える大学での授業から成り立っている。本研究は,このシステムにおいてボランティア活動を体験した学生の変化・成長の様相を明らかにすることを目的とした。そのため,学生が活動を振り返って記述した感想と活動評価アンケートへの回答を対象として,KJ法による分類を行った。分析対象となった回答は,延べ179名分であった。分析の結果,学生の変化・成長は,「学生自身の人間的変化・成長」,「現場での実践から得た学び」,「授業から得た学び」の3つの大グループと,その他3つの中グループに分類された。この3つの大グループは,相互作用・相互促進していることが見出された。キャリア教育の視点から見た学生の変化・成長は,「自他の理解能力」,「コミュニケーション能力」の2つに集約された。また,本システムにおけるボランティア活動が学生の「人間関係形成能力」を育成している可能性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The authors have constructed the system which the university sent the students majoring psychology to the elementary and junior high schools as volunteer staffs. This system was called "Mental Support Volunteer activity" and consisted of volunteer activities for children's psychological support and the class to assist the activities at the university. The purpose of this study was to consider the change/development of the students who participated in this system. The students descriptions about the activities and the answers to the questionnaire that evaluate this system were classified by KJ-method. The total number of the descriptions and the answers was 179. As a result, three superordinate groups; "the change/development in personality", "learning from the practice in schools", "learning from the class at the university" and other three subordinate groups were found. Besides, the superordinate groups interacted and promoted each other. From the viewpoint of career education, the change/development of the students were "ability to understand oneself and others", "communication skills". It was suggested that participation in this system cultivated the "ability to build up social relationships". | |||||
