| 内容記述 | 《目的》本研究は、長期臨床実習の満足感に影響する要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。 《方法》8 週間の長期臨床実習を経験した学生62名を対象とした。調査内容は臨床実習の満足感と満足感との関連が予測される12項目について、アンケート調査を実施した。12項目に因子分析を実施し、抽出された因子を独立変数とし、臨床実習の満足感を従属変数として重回帰分析を行った。 《結果》臨床実習の満足感に、「環境要因」と「理解度」が影響していることが明らかとなった。 《結論》長期臨床実習の満足感を高めるためには、良好な実習環境を整え、理解が深まるような指導の重要性が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: This study aimed to clarify factors that affect the satisfaction of occupational therapy students who underwent long-term clinical training. Methods: Sixty-two students who underwent 8 weeks of long-term clinical training participated in this study. A questionnaire surveying 12 items that may be related to achieving satisfaction from the training was used, and a factor analysis was performed. Multiple regression analysis was performed using extracted factors as independent variables and satisfaction with clinical training as dependent variables. Results: Results of our analyses indicated that “environmental factor” and “understanding degree” affected the satisfaction achieved from the training. Conclusions: The findings suggest the importance of support in order to improve clinical training environment, enhance understanding, and raise satisfaction with long-term clinical training. |
