《方法》8 週間の長期臨床実習を経験した学生62名を対象とした。調査内容は臨床実習の満足感と満足感との関連が予測される12項目について、アンケート調査を実施した。12項目に因子分析を実施し、抽出された因子を独立変数とし、臨床実習の満足感を従属変数として重回帰分析を行った。
《結果》臨床実習の満足感に、「環境要因」と「理解度」が影響していることが明らかとなった。
《結論》長期臨床実習の満足感を高めるためには、良好な実習環境を整え、理解が深まるような指導の重要性が示唆された。, Objective: This study aimed to clarify factors that affect the satisfaction of occupational therapy students who underwent long-term clinical training.
Methods: Sixty-two students who underwent 8 weeks of long-term clinical training participated in this study. A questionnaire surveying 12 items that may be related to achieving satisfaction from the training was used, and a factor analysis was performed. Multiple regression analysis was performed using extracted factors as independent variables and satisfaction with clinical training as dependent variables.
Results: Results of our analyses indicated that “environmental factor” and “understanding degree” affected the satisfaction achieved from the training.
Conclusions: The findings suggest the importance of support in order to improve clinical training environment, enhance understanding, and raise satisfaction with long-term clinical training.},
