| 内容記述 | 本研究は,対人恐怖傾向と化粧の心理的効用に対する認知・感情との関連を検討した。目的は,化粧プログラムの臨床応用を適切に進めてゆくための基礎的知見を得ることにある。そこで本研究は,病理的な対人恐怖と一般青年がもつ対人恐怖心性との間には連続性があるとする立場から,女子大生に対する質問紙調査(n=383)を実施した。研究1では,予備的研究として,不適応群として対人恐怖傾向を想定したことの妥当性の検証,及び化粧の効用に対する認知・感情についての因子分析を行なった。研究2では,化粧行動と関連が強いとされる公的自己意識や,自己愛人格傾向,自己受容や疎外感などの諸要因との関連も含め,より総合的に,対人恐怖傾向と化粧の心理的効用について検討した。その結果,対人恐怖症傾向が低く青年期相応の自己愛を有する者は,化粧の効用を,自己をより魅力的に見せるものと積極的に捉え,化粧することによって肯定的な気分が上昇すると感じていた。これに対して,対人恐怖傾向の強い者は,化粧の効用を,負の状態の自己を隠したり目立たなくするためのものと捉え,化粧によって気分が高揚するというよりは,不安やイライラなどの否定的気分が低下すると感じていることが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The relationship between the tendency to suffer from anthropophobia and cognitions and feelings related to the psychological effects of wearing makeup was investigated It was assumed that there is continuity between pathological anthropophobia and the anthropophobia mindset of normal young people. Based on this perspective, a questionnaire survey was conducted on female university students (n=383). Results indicated that participants who were in good mental health with a narcissistic tendency befitting of youth considered the effects of makeup positively as making them look more attractive and experienced an increase in affirmative mood from wearing makeup. On the other hand, participants who had a strong tendency for anthropophobia considered the effects of makeup as hiding the self in a negative condition, and experienced a decline in negative moods such as anxiety and nervousness, rather than an uplifting of mood. | |||||
