| 内容記述 | 本研究では，高社交不安者は自己開示を行うことで相手にネガティブな印象を与えると考えるため，自己開示を行う主観的確率が低くなるという仮説の検証を行った。初対面の相手に対する自己開示の印象を，場面想定法を用いて測定し，群（社交不安高群・低群）を被験者間要因，開示者（自分・相手）と話題の深さ（表層的な話題であるか，より個人的な話題であるかによって設定した3水準）を被験者内要因とする分散分析を行った。また，その場面で自己開示を行う主観的確率について，群を被験者間要因，話題の深さを被験者内要因とする分散分析を行った。分析の結果，社交不安高群は話題の内容にかかわらず，自分の自己開示が「（開示相手から）ポジティブな印象を持たれない」と評価すること，自己開示を行う主観的確率が社交不安低群よりも低いことが明らかになった。また，社交不安の高低にかかわらず，人は自分の自己開示よりも，相手の自己開示に対して，ポジティブな印象評定を行いやすいことも示された。このことから，高社交不安者が持つ，自己開示に対するネガティブな認知にアプローチし，対人接近行動を増やす介入が，対人交流不安を主訴とするタイプの社交不安症に対して有効である可能性が示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study was to examine whether high socially anxious individuals believe their self-disclosure behavior will make a negative impression on others and therefore rate the subjective probability of such behavior lower than low socially anxious individuals. Participants were presented with vignettes depicting first-time interaction with others. A series of ANOVAs were conducted to examine the effects of group (high vs low social anxiety), person disclosing (self vs other), and information being disclosed (shallow, medium, deep) on the impression of disclosure. The effects of group and information being disclosed on subjective probability of self-disclosure was also examined. As a result, high socially anxious individuals believed they would make a less positive impression and rated their subjective probability of self-disclosure lower, regardless of the information being disclosed. People rated their own disclosure as eliciting less positive impression than disclosure by others; this was a global trend regardless of levels of social anxiety. These results suggest that intervention targeting negative cognition towards self-disclosure may be beneficial in increasing social approach behavior in the treatment of social interaction anxiety. | |||||
