| 内容記述 | 《目的》 臨床経験年数別に成長したと思われる経験に焦点をあてることで、経験の特徴があるのかどうか、その経験がどう臨床看護師のPA技術習得に影響を及ぼしているのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。 《方法》 関東周辺の300床以上の施設に勤務している、1 年～ 3 年目まで臨床看護師、244名のうち「成長したきっかけとなった経験」に記載があった158名を対象に記述的分析を行った。 《結果》 PA技術習得に影響を及ぼす経験として、7 カテゴリーが抽出され【経験不足】【実践力との結びつき】【正常の判断の大切さを実感】【日々の学習成果】【対象への関心・観察】【先輩看護師の存在】【自己研修】であった。また、臨床経験年数別での経験の特徴はBennerの技能修得段階に沿った学びの内容であった。 《結論》 臨床看護師のPA技術習得に影響を及ぼす要因には、施設（病棟）全体が人的環境としての成熟をすることで、安心して学べる環境になっていくことが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: Clinical nurses learn physical assessment （PA） skills during their basic education courses. This study focuses on examining the current processes that clinical nurses currently go through to acquire these skills after graduation and clarifying the factors that promote the acquisition of these skills. Method: Among 244 nurses who have worked for 1─3 years in facilities of more than 300 beds around Kanto, 158 described that “they have acquired skills through clinical experience”. Results: The identified categories of experiences that affect PA skills are as follows: daily learning outcome, recognizing the importance of normal judgment, presence of a senior nurse, interest to and observation of an object, self-training, ties with practice power, lack of experience. The characteristic of the experience by the clinical years of experience distinction was contents of the learning along the skill acquirement stage of Benner. Conclusion: The clinical nurse’s ability to learn PA skills is influenced by the learning environment indirectly, given that the entire facility（ ward） matures as humans, making possible for them to acquire skills. |
