This study focuses on examining the current processes that clinical nurses currently go through to acquire these skills after graduation and clarifying the factors that promote the acquisition of these skills.\nMethod: Among 244 nurses who have worked for 1─3 years in facilities of more than 300 beds around Kanto, 158 described that “they have acquired skills through clinical experience”.\nResults: The identified categories of experiences that affect PA skills are as follows: daily learning outcome, recognizing the importance of normal judgment, presence of a senior nurse, interest to and observation of an object, self-training, ties with practice power, lack of experience.
