| 内容記述 | 本稿では、近年の経営者の社会的責任論(CSR: Corporate Social Responsibility)の根源には、株式会社の資本や利益の所有についての考えの変化があるのではないかと考え、そのような仮設を理論的に検証することを目的としている。このために筆者は、初めに、企業資産(生産手段)あるいは資金(資本)の所有について論じた古典であるマルクスの「資本論」によって、資本主義の本質を考える。次いでそのような本源的な資本主義がどのように変貌してきたかを、やはりM.ドッブの古典「資本主義 : 昨日と今日」を中心にして検討した。さらに、近年のわが国の株式会社の所有構造も見て、ドッブの見解をも批評し、マルクスの利潤観も批評した。他方で、日本型経営にベースである従業員重視の考え方や「企業ブランド」ないし「のれん」が従業員の創造物だという考えは、労働価値説とも相通ずることを明らかにした。その上で、経営者の社会的責任を社会的費用の負担に関して論じた古典書、カップの「私的企業の社会的費用」他によりながら、今日の経営者の社会的責任論の拠って立つ企業観,つまり「社会の公器」としての企業観について考察を導いた。このようなプロセスを通じて、今日の企業の社会的責任論が、「利潤の公有視」と「資本の公有視」という社会的な認識のもとに成立することを理論的に検証した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper will theoretically verify the hypothesis that behind the recent concept of "Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)" there is a change of the idea about ownership of profit and capital in the modern business enterprise. For this purpose the author will first examine the essential notion of "capitalism" based on its original classic of K. Marx "Das Kapital." Then how such original capitalism has changed will be explored based on M. Dobb's "Capitalism: Yesterday and Today." Further, seeing the current ownership structure of Japanese corporations the writer will tell his own opinion against Dobb's idea and Marxian idea of profit. On the other hand, the author found that the employee-based management or the notion of "corporate brand" or "good-will" as the value-added created by employees are similar to the Marxian labor theory of value. Then on the basis of profit and capital sharing concepts the writer will derive the business concept on which today's CSR will stand, referring to the "social cost" concept of Kapp. | |||||
