| 内容記述 | 最近、日本の企業はグローバル競争による「効率化」指向のために、人的資源を短絡的にコスト削減の対象とする傾向が顕著である。このような企業の行動によって雇用形態が著しく多様化してきた。その結果、不安定な短期雇用のウエイトが高くなり従業員は雇用不安を抱き働き甲斐を著しく喪失させている。この研究は経営資源の一つである人を再評価し、能力や知識を企業の生産性に活用することによって人間の主体性を回復しようとするものである。そのために組織で働く人々の「働き甲斐」とは何かを定義し、その働き甲斐を醸し出す組織環境の構築のために新しい目標管理を検討する必要があることを明らかにする。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, in order to deal with the global competition on market, a Japanese company tends to treat a human being as an object of cost reduction. We revalue the human who is a one of management resources by this research. By utilizing ability and knowledge of the human for the production of the enterprise, we recover the human identity. For the reason, we define the desirable environment of the people who work in the organizations, and it is clarified that the management by objectives must be introduced in order to make the environment to work eagerly. | |||||
