| 内容記述 | In recent years, inappropriate childcare and abuse by childcare workers at daycare centers have become a social problem. The causes will be examined using examples of incidents that have been reported to society as inappropriate childcare or abuse occurring at daycare centers. Based on five cases of inappropriate behavior or abuse, etc., we investigated the causes that led to these incidents. We investigated the background behind the incident and identified five problems: （1） standards for the placement of childcare workers, （2） childcare waiting list and shortage of childcare workers,（3） awareness among childcare workers,（4） workplace environment at daycare centers, and（5） managerial awareness. Problems such as inappropriate childcare and abuse by childcare workers need to be considered as a problem for society as a whole, rather than being viewed as an incident caused by childcare workers. |
