| 内容記述 | Tojisha-kenkyu was born in Urakawa Bethel’s house in 2001. The people themselves concerned "research" it with friends and supporters.I practiced it with the research of Tojisha-kenkyu for conventional ten years. I researched Tojisha-kenkyu for 2013 through 2015 and utilized Tojisha-kenkyu by practice of the social work afterwards for seven years. I am thinking my social work practice to have had three time. With three time, there is it at the ① new face social worker era, ②service administrator era, ③time of the new unit setup of the group home. The approach of Tojisha-kenkyu changed in a process to acquire experience of the practice, and the research and the practice did spiral development. | |||||||||
