This study examines the process of enhancing musical expression among childcare workers, with a particular focus on the connection between musical experiences gained during childcare worker training courses, previous lessons or club activities, and the challenges faced in musical expression upon becoming a childcare worker. The study reveals that during childcare worker training courses, it is important to （1） assess and address factors contributing to feelings of inadequacy in piano instruction, regardless of performance skill, and （2） recognize the significance of expression in singing or performing in front of others, as well as receiving instruction in musical or singing performance, including ensemble training. |
