| 内容記述 | 《目的》高次脳機能障害支援普及事業の実施状況を明らかにし、高次脳機能障害者支援普及事業の質的な成果指標を探索することである。 《方法》国立障害者リハビリテーションセンターホームページの高次脳機能障害支援普及事業拠点機関119か所を対象に高次脳機能障害支援普及事業の実施状況、高次脳機能障害の相談支援の実施状況、医療福祉連携の質的な成果の質問紙調査を行い、単純集計、相関分析、因子分析を行った。 《結果》59か所より回答が得られた（回収率51.3％）。年間相談件数と講演会、事例検討会、支援者連絡会、支援者向け専門相談、障害当事者・家族会の年間実施回数には相関がみられた。また年間相談件数と就労サービスの開始、福祉サービスの開始、復職・就職した人数にも強い相関がみられた。高次脳機能障害支援普及事業の質的成果は3因子が抽出され、第1因子は「重層的連携」第2因子は「社会参加の達成」第3因子は「相談支援の結果」と命名された。 《結論》年間相談件数は支援普及事業の効果を反映していた。高次脳機能障害者支援普及事業の質的成果の3因子は効果判定に利用可能と考えられる。 |

| 内容記述 | Objectives: This study aimed to clarify the implementation status of support programs for individuals with cognitive impairment caused by acquired brain injury （ABI） and explore qualitative effectiveness indicators of rehabilitation support for these individuals. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on the implementation status of the support project for individuals with cognitive impairment caused by ABI and that of consultation support for these individual and qualitative issues of medical and welfare coordination, targeting 119 bases of the National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities website. Simple tabulation and correlation and factor analyses were conducted. Results: Responses were obtained from 59 locations （recovery rate, 51.3%）. A strong correlation was found between the annual number of consultations and that of lectures, case study meetings, liaison meetings for supporters, specialized consultations for specialists, and meetings for individuals with disabilities and their families. A strong correlation was also noted between the annual number of consultations and number of individuals who started employment services, started welfare services, and returned to work or found employment. Three factors were extracted in the factor analysis of the qualitative outcomes of the project for the dissemination of support for individuals with cognitive impairment caused by ABI, namely, “multilayered cooperation,” “achievement of social participation,” and “results of consultation support.” Conclusion: The annual number of consultations reflected the effectiveness of the support dissemination program. The three factors of the qualitative outcomes of the project can be used to judge the effectiveness of the project. |
