| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、外国につながる子どもの保育・教育の現状から、子どもたちの「ことば」が、日本社会の標準語とされる「日本語」に収斂されてしまう力を弱め、子どもたち自身が自らの「ことば」を選択したり、新たに生み出していく力を高めるための契機をつかむことである。子どもたちの「ことば」が聴かれる場の創出が手がかりになるのではないかと考えられるが、市民の参加やそれを下支えする国レベルの施策の検討も必要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Based on the current situation of childcare and education of children with foreign backgrounds, this paper seeks to weaken the tendency for the children’s language to be absorbed into “Japanese” the standard language of Japanese society, in order to enable children to enhance their ability to choose or develop their own language. Creating a place where the children’s views can be heard may serve as a clue, but participation of the public and consideration of supportive measures at the national level is also essential. | |||||
