| 内容記述 | 《目的》会話能力向上を目的に当学科で実施されている授業で獲得された会話能力が、臨床実習の場で効果的に機能しているかを検討することが目的である。 《方法》臨床実習指導者が臨床実習時の学生の会話を、報告者らが作成した臨床実習会話ルーブリックで評価、得点化し、臨床実習前に学内で実施されたOSCEの得点と、臨床実習の得点の関係を統計的に調べた。 《結果と考察》単純相関では臨床実習会話ルーブリックの得点とOSCEの得点に関連がなかったが、臨床実習の得点と関連があった。前者に対して、効果を検討するにはそれぞれの得点に影響する要因が多く、今後もさらなるデータの蓄積が必要であると考えられた。今回の結果から臨床実習会話ルーブリック低得点群は、会話の内容面（話題の選択）だけでなく、会話の形式的側面（表情、視線）も得点が低く、これらの学生に対して実習終了後の対応が必要であると考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: The purpose is to investigate whether a series of conversation exercises performed in our department to improve conversational ability is effective in clinical practicum out of campus. Methods: Using a dialogue rubric devised by the researchers this time, clinical training instructors analyzed the conversations by the rubric that students had while participating in clinical practicum. Statistics were used to analyze the correlation between clinical training scores. Results and Conclusions: A simple correlation did not demonstrate an association between rubric scores in the conversation and OSCE scores, but there was an association with clinical practicum scores. For the former, many factors affect each score to examine the effect, and it was thought that further accumulation of data would be necessary for the future. According to the findings of this study, the clinical practicum discussion rubric low-scoring group performed poorly on both the formal and substance （subject） components of the conversation. It was thought that post-completion measures were required. |
