| 内容記述 | 《目的》基礎看護技術教育に使用されている複数の教科書に記載されている食事援助技術に関する内容を解明する。その結果の考察を通し、基礎看護技術教育における食事援助技術のミニマム・エッセンシャルズを明確にする。 《方法》基礎看護技術に関する６種類の教科書に記載されている食事援助技術に関する内容をコード化し、意味内容の類似性に基づきカテゴリ化した。 《結果》教科書に記載されている食事援助技術に関する内容を表す14カテゴリを明らかにした。 《結論》これら14カテゴリの考察を通し、食事援助技術に必要な知識・技術・態度として［Ⅰ．食事・栄養摂取の意義］［Ⅱ．食事・栄養摂取に関わる人体の構造と機能］［Ⅲ．健康を維持するために必要なエネルギー量と栄養素］［Ⅳ．栄養状態・食事摂取に必要な能力と行動のアセスメント］［Ⅴ．経口摂取可能な患者に対する食事援助］［Ⅵ．経口摂取困難な患者に対する栄養摂取の援助］の６つの特徴を示唆した。また、基礎看護技術教育における食事援助技術のミニマム・エッセンシャルズとして［Ⅰ］［Ⅱ］［Ⅲ］［Ⅳ］［Ⅴ］の５つを明確にした。 |

| 内容記述 | Objectives：This study aimed to elucidate contents related to dietary assistance skills described in several textbooks on fundamental nursing skills for undergraduate students. Through the discussion of the results, we clarified the minimal essentials of dietary assistance skills in fundamental nursing skills education. Methods：Contents on dietary assistance skills from six different textbooks on fundamental nursing skills were coded and classified based on the similarity of semantic contents. Results：14 categories were identified that represent contents related to dietary assistance skills in textbooks. Conclusions：Consideration of the 14 categories suggested that the following six categories were recognized as the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for dietary assistant skills: I. Significance of food and nutrition intake, II. Structure and function of the human body related to food and nutrition intake, III. Energy and nutrients needed to maintain health, IV. Assessments of nutritional status, abilities, and behaviors necessary for food intake, V. Dietary support for patients who can take food orally, and VI. Assistance with nutritional intake for patients who have difficulty with oral intake. It was also found that the minimum essentials of dietary assistance skills were I, II, III, IV, and V. |
