| 内容記述 | 企業の情報開示ではこれまで十分に示されなかった持続的な企業価値創造の構成要素として重視されるESGや知的資産をめぐる企業の取り組みについて注目が集まっている。非財務情報の重要性が高まり、企業実態を明らかにするために非財務情報の内容が開示されるようになった。本論文では、知的資産情報の開示実態、その役割を考察したうえで、自社の知的資産情報の開示を工夫し、持続的な価値創造を行うことを明らかにする。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In information disclosure, attention is being paid to companies' efforts on ESG and intellectual assets, which are emphasized as a component of sustainable corporate value creation. In order to clarify the realities of the company, the importance of non-financial information has increased and the content of non-financial information has been disclosed. In this thesis, we consider the actual state of disclosure of intellectual property information and its role. As a result, we clarify that our intellectual assets information disclosure will create sustainable value. | |||||
