| 内容記述 | 本研究では，セラピストの情動調律性に対する臨床経験年数やよって立つ臨床心理学的理論の影響について，アンケートを行い検討した。結果は，以下の通りである。 （1） セラピストの情動調律性について因子分析を行った結果，「解読」因子，「共有」因子，「同調」因子の3 つの因子が抽出された。 （2）臨床経験年数が6 年以上10年未満の群から，情動調律性が上昇を示す。 （3）「解読」因子は，臨床経験10年まで線型的に上昇を示す。 （4）「 共有」因子は，臨床経験2 年以上6 年未満の群で上昇を示した後，6年以上10年未満の群で有意に得点が下降し，経験年数を経るごとにゆるやかに上昇を示す。 （5）「同調」因子は，臨床経験6 年以上10年未満の群から上昇を示す。 （6） いずれの因子においても，臨床理論にかかわりなく，臨床経験年数がセラピストの情動調律性に効果をおよぼしている。 以上の結果を踏まえ，セラピストの情動調律性と共感性の差異，情動調律性に対する経験年数およびよって立つ理論の効果について考察し，今後の研究課題について述べた。 |

| 内容記述 | In this study, we investigated the influence of the length psychotherapists’ clinical experience and clinical theory on the affect attunability of them. In the first analysis, 133 psychotherapists were divided into five groups by the length of clinical experience (less than 2 years / 2－5 years / 6－9 years / 10－19 years / more than 20 years). Main findings were follows : (1) As a result of factor analysis, the three factor of affect attunement were extracted. Each factor was named as follows : “decoding” , “sharing” and “entrainment”. (2) The therapists’ affect attunability increased from the group with clinical experience of 6－9 years. (3) “Decoding factor” showed a linear increase up to the clinical experience more than 10 years. (4) "Sharing factor” showed a rise in the group with clinical experience 2－5 years, then the score significantly decreased in the group of 6－9 years, and showed a gradual increase with the years of experience . (5) “Entrainment factor” showed a rise from the group with clinical experience of 6－9 years. In the second analysis, 101 psychotherapists were divide into three groups by the length of clinical experience (2－5 years / 6－9 years / more than 10 years) and the clinical theory they used (Psychodynamic approach / Humanistic approach / Cognitive behavioral approach). As a result, regardless of the clinical theory, in any factor, the length psychotherapists’ clinical experience had an effect on the affect atunability. |
