| 内容記述 | 《背景》役割変化が中～大の在宅脳血管障害者は現在から今後への展望にも大きな不安を抱いているとされている。しかし、作業療法での役割支援について参考となる資料はあまり見当たらない。今回、社会的・家庭内役割が大きく変化した脳血管障害者への役割支援について言及した作業療法領域の文献的研究を行った。 《方法》医中誌とMEDLINEを使用して文献検索した。内容が本研究の主旨に関連が無いと判断された論文等を除外し、検索できた文献を、脳血管障害者の役割支援に関連した研究と、役割支援に関わった事例研究とに分けて検討した。 《結果》医中誌は34件、MEDLINEは0件で、手検索で英文論文を2 件追加した。役割支援に関連する研究では、在宅脳血管障害者の役割が家族の一員、友人、家庭維持者程度に留まっていることが示された。また質的研究から、その役割の主観的状況を理解する資料が得られた。事例研究から、事例たちは生きる上で支えとなっていた役割を喪失し、それに対し作業療法では役割チェックリスト等で事例にとって価値のある役割を明らかにした上で支援が行われていることが明らかとなった。 《考察》今回の結果で示した役割支援の例は、臨床で役割支援に困難さを感じている作業療法士の示唆となると思われた。今後臨床で有用となるように、支援方法の理論化が求められる。 |

| 内容記述 | Background: People affected by stroke who live at home experience a change in their roles and tend to be anxious about the future. However, there are only a few reference materials on the role support in occupational therapy. This literature research deals with role support in occupational therapy for people with stroke whose social and domestic roles have significantly changed. Method: Ichushi and MEDLINE were used for searching literature. The articles unrelated to the research question were excluded. The retrieved documents were divided into research studies on role support of people with stroke and case reports that considered the role support of people with stroke. Result: Thirty-four studies were found in Ichushi, but none were found in MEDLINE. Two English articles were found through manual search. We gathered that support for people with stroke remained with family members, a friend, or household help. This qualitative study provided hints which are useful in understanding subjective situations. Discussion: This study provides suggestions for occupational therapists who have difficulty associated with understanding role support. Future studies focusing more on role support are needed. |
