| 内容記述 | 《目的》作業療法が医療機関のWSでどのように説明されているかを調査し，作業療法の理解を促す説明を検討することである． 《方法》対象は，回復期リハビリテーション病棟がある1127施設のウェブサイト内の作業療法の説明とし，得られたデータの分析にはテキストマイニングソフトKHcoderを用いて量的に検討した． 《結果》頻出語は「生活」「作業」「動作」「行う」「活動」「療法」「機能」「日常」「訓練」の順に多く，抽出語は全部で1077単語あり，出現頻度が9 回未満の単語が734語であった．「生活」と「作業」が密接に結びつき，「生活」は「動作」「日常」「行う」と，「作業」は「療法」「障害」「活動」と結びついていた． 《結論》ウェブ上での作業療法の説明は，各医療機関で文章を工夫して作成されていたが，「生活」と「作業」を中心に，「日常」「活動」「動作」に関すること，生活課題の練習，自宅復帰への調整，作業療法士の関わり方についてわかりやすく説明することが適していると示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | Objective: The aim of this study was to determine how occupational therapy is currently being explained in medical facilities in Japan. Methods: The study was based on the explanations of occupational therapy given on the websites of 1,127 rehabilitation wards. The text mining software KHcoder was used to perform quantitative data analysis. Results: The most frequently used words were “lifestyle,” “work,” “action,” “perform,” “activity,” “treatment,” “function,” “everyday,” and “training.” A total of 1,077 words were extracted by the software, 734 of which appeared less than nine times. Conclusions: Online explanations of occupational therapy were drafted by the medical facilities. Our results suggested that it is appropriate to explain a focus on lifestyle and occupation, with issues concerning everyday activities and actions, training for everyday tasks, preparing to return home, and patient’s relationship with his or her occupational therapist explained clearly and comprehensibly. |
