| 内容記述 | 本論文は,ナラティヴと自己に関する内外の研究を展望し,カウンセリングと心理療法におけるナラティヴ・プラクティスの可能性と課題について考察することを目的とする。ナラティヴ・プラクティスは,社会構成主義を理論的前提とする臨床実践である。「ナラティヴ(物語)」は,「二つ以上の出来事をむすびつけて筋立てる行為」と定義され,再帰性と関係性の文脈で,語り手と聴き手によって共同生成されるものでもある。また物語論の視座にたつと自己とは,自己物語をとおして社会的,言語的に構成されるものであり,「物語としての自己」という観点は,自己物語の改編による自己の生成的変容や再構築につながると考えられる。近年心理臨床場面では,適用対象の広がりがみられ,さまざまな理論や技法の枠組みをこえて,ナラティヴを活用した統合的・折衷的なアプローチが適用されてきている。研究方法としては定量的な実証研究はきわめて少なく,質的研究法による分析がほとんどである。今後の課題としては(1)ナラティヴ・プラクティスに関する実証研究の蓄積,(2)適用対象とその効果,介入時期や限界に関して,モダリティや条件による相違点の検討,(3)研究ツールとしての自己対面法の検討などが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purposes of this paper are to review studies on narrative and self, and to discuss the possibilities and challenges of narrative practices in counseling and psychotherapy. The clinical narrative practice is based on the theory of social constructionism. A definition of "narrative" is "describing the plot of two or more life events." "Narrative" is constructed in collaboration with the speaker and the listener in the context of reflexivity and relationship. Meanwhile, "self" is constructed socially and linguistically through self-narrative. From the standpoint of "narrative self, " reorganization of self-narrative may lead to self-generative change or self-reconstruction. Recently, in clinical psychology, narrative practices have become more widely used eclectic and integrated approaches beyond the frameworks of various theories and techniques. However, few studies used quantitative, experimental methods. Therefore, the following issues must be addressed in near future: (1) accumulation of experimental studies on narrative practices ; (2) study of applicable patients and their responses as well as differences in intervention timing and limitations depending on modalities or conditions ; and (3) examination of the self-confrontation method as a research tool. | |||||
