| 内容記述 | 総合商社は、日本経済の成熟化とともに仲介ビジネスをベースにした事業構造から、資源・エネルギー部門の投資収益に依存する体質に変化していたが、2016年度に市況悪化による大幅減益を体験し、非資源分野への取組強化する方向性を示している。非資源分野の一つである食品・小売分野における取り組みを見ると、成熟した国内市場ではなく、海外での企業投資による収益獲得を目指している。総合商社に求められる機能として、商取引、金融、情報提供などがあったが、海外展開においては日本企業と協働しながら、新たな事業機会を切り開くとともに、現地市場への貢献が求められるようになっている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | General trading company – Sogo shosya – had changed from a business structure based on brokerage business based on maturity of Japanese economy to a constitution dependent on investment income of resource and energy department, but in 2016 experienced a substantial decline due to market deterioration, it shows the direction to strengthen efforts towards nonresource sectors. Looking at efforts in the food and distribution field, which is one of nonresource sectors, we are seeking to earn profits through corporate investment abroad, not mature domestic markets. As a function required of a general trading company, there were commercial transactions, finance, information provision, etc. In overseas development, while working in collaboration with Japanese companies, we will open up new business opportunities and make a contribution to the local market required. | |||||
