| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、「臨床心理学的に問題を有する人々に対する化粧の効果」に関する内外の研究を、心理学のみならず医学・看護学の領域も含めてレビューすることにある。本研究の結果、次の3点が明らかになった。(1)研究数の増加:過去10年間の研究数は、それ以前の30年間分を凌駕している。(2)研究対象の多様化:近年、化粧研究の対象となる疾患や外傷は急速に多様化し、18領域に及んでいる。(3)各研究分野の視点変化と接近:化粧の心理学研究はwell-beingとの関係から、医学・看護学研究はQOLとの関係からも論じられるようになった。ところで、化粧を臨床場面に導入する場合においては、化粧の効用とその限界を明らかにし、適切な介入時期や対象者を選択することが必要である。この観点から従来の研究を概観すると、以下の問題点を指摘することができる。(1)方法論的には、観察法に則っていない事例観察が多い。また、実験研究の大半も事前事後デザインであり、コントロール群を設けた研究は極めて少ない。(2)化粧の効果の限界について言及した研究は極めて少ない。(3)臨床的に問題を有する人に対する化粧の効果は、健常者を対象とした化粧心理のモデルで説明可能であるのか、あるいは他のモデルを想定すべきかが、検討されていない。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to review "the effect of cosmetic techniques for people who have clinical psychological problems" include psychology, medicine and nursing science. Consequently, there were three features: (1) rapid increase of number of study in this decade, (2) diversification of researched object, and (3) changes of viewpoint on studies and intersection. In introducing cosmetic techniques into a clinical scene, it is necessary to clarify the effect and the limit of cosmetic techniques, and to select suitable intervention time and object persons. When the study was surveyed from the viewpoint, the following problems were found, and it discussed. (1) The methodical problem that most of experiment researches were pre-post design, and few studies set up the control group. (2) There were few studies which assumed limits of cosmetic techniques beforehand or declared about limits in results. And (3) it was not examined whether to explain the effect of cosmetic techniques for the person who has a clinical problem by the cosmetic psychology model intended for a healthy person. | |||||
