| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は慢性疾患患者の「病気との折り合い」の構造とその影響について検討することである。糖尿病(以下DM)患者を対象に、患者にとっての病気との折り合いがどのような構造をもち、それが病気に対してどのような影響をもつのかを検討した。総合病院内科を受診したII型DM患者99名(男性59名、女性40名)に対し、TEG、CMI、筆者と臨床心理士によって作成した「糖尿病に関する意識調査」による質問紙調査を実施した。身体的変数(血糖状態)、精神症状的問題、性格、病気に対する態度、生活習慣・生活状態を説明変数とし、「病気との折り合い」を従属変数とするステップワイズの重回帰分析を行った結果、「DM安定感」、「自己管理傾向」、「治療満足度」、「罹患期間」が有意な正の説明変数として得られた。血糖状態は有意な説明変数とならなかった。慢性疾患患者にとっては、主観レベルで病気を苦痛と感じないですむことは、QOL向上につながる可能性がある。また、患者が主体的に自分自身の治療に関与することは、客観的な体調の良さに劣らず、患者に病気との折り合いを導き出すと考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to consider the structure of the living together with illness for diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. For this purpose, a questionnaire investigation was conducted to 102 type II DM patients and 99 samples were analyzed (59 men, 40 women). Results of multiple regression analysis showed that the live together with illness for DM patients was consisted of "sense of stability of illness", "self-efficacy of diabetic control, "degree of satisfaction for medical treatment", and "disease period". Moreover, the blood sugar control level was not a significant explanation variable. From these results, it was supposed the sense of stability of sick condition and the self-efficacy of diabetic control would be more important than good physical diabetic condition in order to live together with illness, for DM patients. | |||||
