| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to create a new "training-evaluation-tool" in order to execute the social-work-training efficiently. In the survey which took place last year about "on-site training of supportive skill for social work", we did not include queries regards to understanding of "value" in the analysis due to lack of loading factors, which was one of three factors, the other two were "knowledge" and "skill", to form the social work practice. However, we bring them back this year and examine whether there are any changes between answers before the training and after. Because the understanding of "value" is quite important to train social work professional. | |||||
