 note = {The purpose of this study is to create a new "training-evaluation-tool" in order to execute the social-work-training efficiently. In the survey which took place last year about "on-site training of supportive skill for social work", we did not include queries regards to understanding of "value" in the analysis due to lack of loading factors, which was one of three factors, the other two were "knowledge" and "skill", to form the social work practice.
