| 内容記述 | 《目的》本研究の目的は，熟練作業療法士と新人作業療法士のクライエントの意欲向上を目的とした言葉かけの相違を明らかにすることである． 《方法》研究デザインは質的研究とし，臨床経験9年以上の熟練作業療法士10名と3年未満の新人作業療法士10名を対象に，半構造化面接を用いて調査した．分析方法は，熟練作業療法士と新人作業療法士の面接逐語録をそれぞれラベル化し，類似性に従ってコード化，カテゴリー化を行い，比較した． 《結果》熟練および新人作業療法士に共通するカテゴリーは8つ，相違するカテゴリーはそれぞれ3つずつみられた．新人作業療法士に特有のカテゴリーは【視覚にも訴える】【あえて言葉をかけない】【協働する】であった．熟練作業療法士に特有のカテゴリーは【行動と気づきを促す】【感情に言葉を乗せる】【主体性を引き出す】であった． 《考察》新人作業療法士は関係性を築くための言葉かけやクライエントの思考・行動を作業療法士の治療方針に方向付ける言葉かけを行っており，熟練作業療法士はクライエントのニーズや意欲をクライエントの状況と共に理解し，クライエントを後押しする言葉かけを行っていると考えられた． |

| 内容記述 | Objective: The purpose of this study was to clarify the difference of verbal supports for clients’ motivation between expert occupational therapists and beginning ones. Methods: This study has a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with 10 expert occupational therapists with 9 years of clinical experience and 10 beginning occupational therapists with 3 years of clinical experience or less. The analysis method was labeled verbatim records of expert occupational therapists and beginning ones. After that, the data obtained were coded and categorized according to similarities. Results: There were 8 common categories and 3 different categories for both occupational therapists. The categories specific to new occupational therapists were 【appeals visually】, 【do not speak words】, and 【collaborate】. The categories specific to skilled occupational therapists were 【prompt action and awareness】, 【put words on emotions】, and【 draw out subjectivity】. Conclusions: New occupational therapists use words to build relationships and words that direct the client’s thoughts and actions to the occupational therapist’s treatment policy. Skilled occupational therapists understand the client’s needs along with the client’s situation and use words that encourage the client. |
