| 内容記述 | 解離性同一性障害の状態を訴えた二十代女性のクライエントとの面接過程を報告する。面接開始当初クライエントは、恋人に対する暴力的な振る舞いの間の記憶が失われると話し、これは解離性健忘と思われた。しかし経過中に別人格の存在を報告するようになり、面接においても解離性同一性障害様の状態が現れた。結果的に事例は、解離症状の改善を見ながらも中断した。この事例との関わりにおいて筆者には、面接内に持ち込まれない感情を担っており、行動化を起こす別人格とされる部分とどう触れていくかが問題となった。筆者は、別人格があるという訴えを強化してしまう危険性を考え、迷ったが、最終的に、その人格部分が<面接に来られるといい>と伝える事で陰性感情転移を扱おうと試みた。考察では、それぞれ異なった人格として示される部分の取り扱いについて、『本当かも知れないし、そうではないかも知れない』という不安定な位置に自らを置きつつ、セラピストが、時にはクライエントの語る別人格があるとの文脈に乗り、その文脈に沿って介入を工夫することが必要な場合もあることを論じている。また、別人格があるとされる訴えとクライン派精神分析の「病理構造体」との類似点を論じた。中断に到った理由についても検討し、セラピストの逆転移あるいは逆転移の抑圧が面接素材理解に及ぼす影響を論じた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This report presented a process of psychotherapy in which a client (Woman, twenties) showed a state of Dissociative Amnesia at the beginning. Then she told that she had no memory of her violence to her lover. But later, she complained that she had an alternative personality and finally she presented a state just like dissociate personality disorder in our interview. In the treatment it was the problem that how I treated the alternative personality. According to the client, she (the alternative personality) didn't appear in my counseling room and she took on the negative feelings and acted on impulse. It was necessary to treat her negative feelings but I could not do so, because the alternative side of her personality had been absent from our interview. So, though I concerned a risk to promote her dissociation, finally I tried to treat her negative transference to say her 'I wish for her (the alternative part of her personality) coming'. Here I insist ed that sometimes we needed to adapt ourselves for the context where (s) he told that (s) he has had some alternative personalities, standing on the thin line between that 'it may be true but it may be not true'. And I touch the point of similarity of this client's complaining and Pathological organization. At last this case was interrupted and I also concerned the reason of it. | |||||
