There is a commercial company's predominancy in indirect circulation. However, if there is no predominancy of commercial specialization, commercial integration will progress. Retail trade of Japan depends for goods stocking on a wholesale dealer. The conditions between which it is placed by the wholesale dealer on condition that a production stage and a retail stage were discussed.
